All sessions must be paid for on booking. We cannot book/hold sessions without payment.
Once sessions are booked we ask for 48hrs notice of cancellation. If 48 hours notice is not given you will be charged in full for your session.
Please be sure you can make your sessions BEFORE booking.

If you are booking a period of mentoring sessions you will be emailed a separate agreement which will include information regarding payments and ending your agreements.
With open ended ongoing mentoring, we politely ask for one calendar months notice of intention of cessation of further sessions. This is so we can wrap things up, go through any further plans, and generally revisit some of your greatest wins and breakthroughs!
We do not recommend suddenly ending mentoring with no advance notice period, though should you wish to you may choose to do that. You would forfeit any sessions paid for in advance without refund if no notice is given.
Please do discuss any thoughts you have about ceasing sessions in one of your appointments. Alternatively, do email and book a call to discuss. You can email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange an appointment if desired (free of charge) to discuss any thoughts you have. We are here to assist you as much as we can and are more than happy to discuss any changes you wish to make to your sessions. including ending your mentoring. So please just ask!
